Open all year. Prices quoted are per week to include normal use of gas, water and electricity. Heating is not included in the pricing and a charge will be made if it is required. Bed linen and towels are included and a mid-stay cleaning service can be provided upon request at an adittional charge. Pool/beach towels are provided. We have a no smoking policy in the house and a No glass or bottle policy specifically around the Swimming pool area.
We do provide all linens, towels, bicycles,games, garden games, pool toys, free of charge but to maintain our very high standards of 5 star hotel cleanliness there is a mandatory end of stay cleaning charge of 350 euro which is to be paid in cash 3 days before departure.
This allows you to maximise your holiday time without having to clean the Mill on your last day, so you can basically just get up and go.
Once you arrive at our beautiful mill and see the rooms for yourself you will understand why this charge applies.

For a booking using the West Wing bedrooms only (2 doubles and 2 twins with ensuites), reduce the weekly price by £400 per week (This offer only applies to Low season bookings)
